The exponential increase in financial fraud and cyber-crime over the last few years has affected all organisations irrespective of size, publically or privately owned. Added to this, the predominance of outsourcing services ranging from Human Resources to producing components has contributed to the rise in procurement fraud. There have been a number of high profile cases where systems have been hacked, private information and funds stolen leading to an increase in money laundering. It is a 21st century scourge that affects everyone as is corporate fraud on an unprecedented scale.

The rapid expansion of these forms of crime, particularly committed online, has created a void in effective training and development for the business sector, law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.

Jasper International Academy has developed a suite of Cyber and Economic Crime courses and qualifications that provide a professional progressive learning pathway starting with awareness training and culminating in Diploma level qualification. We are also pleased to offer a range of specialised courses in Computer Forensics and Criminology that helps organisations to identify recruits who may damage the organisation and to deal with the aftermath of a cyber attack which can be very costly.

Our training programs enjoy a global reputation for excellence, having been delivered internationally and supported high-profile events over five continents.

Our training is offered in two ways:

  • In-house, devised and structured on a course-by-course basis
    and or
  • Formal Qualifications and Certificated Awards

All our courses can lead to a qualification but if completed on a standalone basis, will lead to an Award in that subject.

Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking

The job of an ethical hacker is to do ‘penetration testing’ for companies. This means they adopt the role of a real hacker and use the same tools that real hackers use to try and break into a company’s computer systems, to identify vulnerabilities. The ethical hacker then tells the company what they have found, so that it can fix the vulnerabilities before a real hacker discovers and exploits them.
